what advice would you give to someone that is introverted and shy? as in, people always judge me as being "too quiet" or "boring" simply because I don't speak up much. sometimes the labels that they give just hurts. and how do you deal with being overwhelmed with too many people around you?

Well I used to feel like that but then I was like what the heck I am not boring !!! I am a very interesting person and just because I’m not saying anything doesn’t mean I don’t have anything to say. it just means I don’t feel like saying anything at the moment and there’s nothing wrong with that lol
