Any advice for people dealing with lots of anxiety?
I used to have way more anxiety than I do now. Whenever I start feeling really anxious I take deep breaths, try and figure out what it is I’m anxious about, cause sometimes I don’t know, and just repeat a couple affirmations in my head like “it will all be okay.” “God is with me.” “I am safe, I am happy, I am healthy” just comforting thoughts like that and then I pray and thank God for everything and then ask him to help me haha it usually works
